Death, Taxes...and Inventories
Original Post: August 24, 2017

It's funny how so few things in life are absolutely predictable. I know of three: death, taxes, and supplementing your vocabulary with 4-letter gems when doing physical inventories. Each of these generally carry a negative connotation because they represent the end of something...the end of your life, the end of your money, and the end of your sanity.
But it doesn't need to be that way!
OK, so we can't extend your life, and don't get me started on taxes...but we've designed ATLAS to help put off visits to your therapist by making physical inventories really, really simple. An aggravating task that used to take days or weeks (sometimes months!) with massive interruptions to the IT team's workday now takes as little as a few minutes with almost zero manual intervention. It's beautiful...if there were a Nobel Peace Prize for soothing frazzled nerves, this would win it.

Inventories, whether you want to admit it or not, are non-negotiable for both operational and financial well being. So doing them isn't an option, but whether you're going to let them drive you nuts, is. ATLAS' automated inventory module--like every other part of our applications--integrates disparate data sources to normalize, analyze, and report key diagnostic indicators. The output, in turn, is audit-ready, always up-to-date, and configured precisely to your specifications. With ATLAS you'll always know where your assets are, and you'll spend a lot less time and money along the way.
Intrigued? I know you are...drop us a note for more information or to schedule a demo. Remember, the grim reaper and tax man cometh...but neither compares to the pain you'll feel doing another inventory without ATLAS. Talk to you soon.
